On the 16 April starting from 12 at noon, we welcome you to the Jaunmokas Palace to celebrate Easter together with fun activities. Anyone will be able to enjoy the fresh air, run around the park, swing in the large swings of park, but the most active ones can also dye Easter eggs, hunt for eggs, create eggs in the creative workshops, indulge into various sports activities and have a wonderful Great Day.
During the celebration, from 2 – 5 PM the Sign Centre of the Jaunmokas Palace will be open, where you will be able to create your individual Latvian sign, however, in the Forest Museum you will have a chance to see the new Forest exposition, and also see the recently opened exhibition “I am not your toy” about the souvenirs of exotic animals – products from snake skins, furs, corals and other things that have been confiscated on the boarders of our country according to the CITES convention.
The working hours of Museum during the Easter holidays are from 9 AM to 5 PM.
You can make a reservation for Easter feast and satisfy hunger in the café “Liepaleja”.
